Accommodative
Stance
An accommodative stance, often called
"easy monetary policy," is when a central bank (like the RBI) lowers
or keeps interest rates low to boost economic growth. It aims to encourage
borrowing, increase liquidity, and stimulate spending by businesses and
consumers when the economy is slowing.
