101. Which Authority issues Aadhar Card ? 

Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI).

103. In which Year Aadhar Act was enacted ? 

In the year 2016. 

104. What is the basic requirement to be eligible for Aadhar Card ? 

To be eligible for an Aadhaar number, the person must have been a resident of India for at least 182 days. 

105. What is the main aim of issuing Aadhar Card ? 

To establish a unique identification system for residents of India. 

106. What is meant by Biometric Information under Aadhar Act? 

Biometric information (photograph, fingerprint, iris scan)

107. What is meant by Demographic Information under Aadhar Act? 

Demographic information (name, date of birth, address). 

108. Whether Children are eligible to get Aadhar Card ? 

On completion of six months of attaining eighteen years of age, the child may apply to the Authority for cancellation of his Aadhaar number.

114. When an Agreement comes into existence ? 

An agreement comes into existence when one party makes a proposal or offer to the other party and that other party signifies his assent thereto. 

115. What is the difference between Offer and Invitation to Offer ? 

An offer is a proposal while an invitation to offer (treat) is inviting someone to make a proposal. 

116. What are Reciprocal Promises. 

Promises which form the consideration or part of the consideration for each other are called reciprocal promises.

An agreement enforceable by law is a contract. 

117. What is a Voidable Contract ? 

A voidable contract is a valid agreement that can be cancelled or enforced by one or more parties due to certain circumstances. 

118. What is a Void Contract ? 

A void contract is an agreement that is not legally binding and cannot be enforced by either party. 

119. In the context of Contracts, what is meant by Plurality of Persons ? 

There must be two or more persons to make an agreement because one person cannot enter into an agreement with himself. 

120. What is a Contract of Indemnity ? 

A contract by which one party promises to save the other from the loss caused to him by the conduct of promisor himself or by the conduct of some other person is called a Contract of Indemnity. 

121. What is meant by Meeting of the Minds in the context of Contracts? 

The meeting of the minds is called consensus-ad-idem. It means both the parties to an agreement must agree about the subject matter of the agreement in the same sense and at the same time. 

122. What is Novation in the context of Contracts ? 

If the parties to a contract agree to substitute a new contract for it, or alter it, the original contract need not be performed. This known as  “novation'. 

123. Whether any person is eligible to enter into a Contract ? 

A person is competent to contract if he is of the age of majority and who is of sound mind and not disqualified from contracting by any law to which he is subject. 

124. What is essential element in a Contract ? 

Free consent is an essential ingredient of contract. 

125. Can we enforce An Agreement in business without consideration? 

An agreement without consideration is void unless it is made out of natural love and affection and registered under the law for the time being in force, or a promise to compensate a person who has voluntarily done something for the promisor or is a promise to pay a time barred debt which is reduced in writing.
